R.O.  came about by the vision and life experiences of Chan Lor who was addicted to alcohol and other drugs. This led him down a path of constant abuse and addiction. This caused constant conflict in relationships, challenges at work and ultimately life changing medical complications. After a medically induced coma he decided to change and help others to do the same. After years of abuse and near-death experiences the decision was made to either make a change or no longer exist. Not all paths to recovery are the same for all people. Chan found his sobriety in nature and through kayaking. Regardless of where you are in this journey, R.O. is another resource to better yourself and find the support and encouragement to have a fresh start and a new life.
